INACTIVE APPLICATIONS
Loan applications are canceled after 14 days of inactivity.
USER REPRESENTATION
You affirm, warrant, and commit that any materials you submit, post, or share through the Patriot 1 Advantage Site will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights. Furthermore, you agree that your submissions will not contain any libelous, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material. You also agree not to gather or extract email addresses or other contact information from the Service or the Site through electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications. Additionally, you pledge not to employ automated scripts to collect information from the Service or the Site for any other intent. Moreover, you acknowledge that you will not utilize the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. Lastly, you undertake not to utilize our Services or the Site to:

Furthermore, you will not upload, post, transmit, share, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail," spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
You must not upload, post, transmit, share, store, or otherwise make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, and credit card numbers. Additionally, you are prohibited from soliciting personal information from any natural person under 18 or soliciting passwords or any personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from any User. Moreover, you must not upload, post, transmit, share, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Furthermore, intimidating or harassing another User is strictly prohibited. You must not upload, post, transmit, share, store, or otherwise make available content that would constitute, encourage, or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law.
You also agree not to use or attempt to use another's account, service, or system without authorization from that person and the Company, or create a false identity on the Service or the Site. Additionally, uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, storing, or otherwise making available content that, in the sole judgment of the Company, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose the Company or its Users to any harm or liability of any type is strictly prohibited.

Your consent to receive Disclosures electronically applies to all relevant transactions during your use of the service and remains in effect as long as you are a user. Before consenting to do business electronically, ensure you have the necessary hardware and software requirements, including access to the internet, an email account, supported web browsing software, and compatible hardware.
Additionally, by using our services, you expressly consent to receiving calls and messages, including auto-dialed and pre-recorded message calls, and SMS messages from Patriot 1 Advantage and affiliated entities at any provided telephone numbers.

If you have a pending loan request, it will be terminated upon withdrawal of consent. However, previously agreed-upon terms and conditions for existing loans will remain in effect.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
